1hr ride in the park (AM)
3.5 hrs with Trailhead group (PM) - to Montecello

Wednesday
1hr (610 and back) bike ride
Dock, boat lift in the water w/ Rusty

Thursday
9-miler through Champlin

Friday
1 hr in the park
Broke a pedal (Egg Beaters) 5 minutes from the
house and headed back for my road bike.

Saturday
~ 6 hrs with Dave, Mike & Noah
Downtown, St. Paul, Gateway Trail, Pine Point Park,
Hwy 96, Old Medtronic, Dam, Home

Sunday
7 mile run - HARD.
didn't time it but it was fast
