Boo killed a bald eagle.
The air was sucked out of our building today when a mandatory, all-employee meeting was called at the last minute, late in the afternoon. Turns out our VP is taking a different job inside the company and we're getting a new VP. Jeez. Can't you just send an email?

Hoglund has been training at the top secret "Elm Creek Winter Mt. Bike Training Facility". I found some hidden trail grooming equipment in the woods...
John, You have a good blog. I admire your ability to fit in all of the fitness while still staying so involved as a parent. Keep writing. I will keep reading.
I also saw some footage on the internet of Dave in a wind tunnel fine tuning the "armless tuck". This is the year.

Hoglund was practicing that "armless tuck" last Sunday when I ran into him over by the CR dam. He made some excuse about cold hands, but I think it was just a diversion...........
Just got back from my back-up super secret training in time to catch up on the important blogs.. (EC Road to Eastman & back) This was Neil's fave, but I was the only one riding it tonight. The double-secret Winter training course will need special treatment to become rideable again. No need to get nervous though.. no worries birkie boy... you're gonna nail it! Just don't forget to send in your summer entry for that course by Mar15th. You too Mr Anonymous.. you'd like it. Just tuck and bomb it!
